Conditional. Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" — including backpacks, suitcases, and large multicompartment bags — are not permitted; smaller bags are allowed subject to X-ray screening. Max size: 14" x 14" x 6" max; bags 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller skip X-ray screening. Fee: Lockers available on 11th Street side for prohibited bags, $5-$15, credit card only. Exceptions: Medical equipment bags and parental/diaper bags smaller than 14" x 14" x 6" allowed with X-ray screening

Conditional. Empty plastic refillable water bottles are permitted; filled bottles, cans, and metal containers are not, but free water-filling stations are available inside. Exceptions: Free filling stations located at Sections 105 and 110

Conditional. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with exceptions for baby food and medically necessary items. Exceptions: Baby food and medically necessary food/beverage items allowed

Conditional. Medical equipment bags smaller than 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted after X-ray screening, and medically necessary food/beverage items are allowed. Max size: 14" x 14" x 6".

Not Allowed. Outside alcohol is prohibited; all in-arena food and beverage purchases are cashless.

Not Allowed. Coolers, hydration packs, cans, and metal beverage containers are not permitted.

Conditional. Strollers are discouraged and not permitted in seating sections, but can be checked at the Guest Services Desk (Section 122); strollers are allowed in suites.

Allowed. Wheelchairs and manually-powered mobility devices are accommodated via the Broad Street and 11th Street accessible entrances; power-driven mobility devices are allowed when they don't violate safety guidelines.

Not Allowed. Hoverboards and skateboards are prohibited.

Conditional. Personal cameras are generally fine, but video/audio recording devices, professional equipment, detachable lenses over 2.5", GoPros/action cameras, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not permitted. Exceptions: Policy is subject to change on a per-event basis

Not Allowed. Drones and other unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) are prohibited.

Conditional. Collapsible and foldable umbrellas are allowed; long, straight umbrellas with pointed tips are not.

Conditional. Signs, banners, and flags up to 11" x 17" made of cloth, paper, or paperboard are allowed (no poles, no obstructing views/signage, no political or commercial messages), but noisemaking devices such as air horns, whistles, foghorns, and vuvuzelas are prohibited. Max size: 11" x 17" for signs/banners/flags. Exceptions: Must not obstruct sponsor signage or other guests' views; no political, ideological, or commercial messaging

Not Allowed. Firearms, knives, chains, tasers, self-defense sprays (mace/pepper spray), explosives, fireworks, ammunition, brass knuckles, batons, martial arts weapons, bats, and razors/box cutters/scissors are all prohibited.

Not Allowed. The arena is fully smoke-free, including e-cigarettes and vapes; smoking is prohibited in all areas, and guests who leave to smoke are not readmitted. No smoking within 25 feet of doors, windows, or air intakes

Conditional. Guests will be asked to remove any attire or apparatus concealing their identity upon entry, with exceptions made for medical or religious purposes after inspection.

Conditional. Pets are not allowed, but service animals (including those in training) are welcomed; miniature horses may also qualify as service animals.

Not Allowed. Re-entry to the building after ticket scan is prohibited; exceptions are handled case-by-case by Security and/or Guest Services.

Not Allowed. Laser pointers and other items intended to create optical distraction, plus selfie sticks/telescopic devices/poles, are prohibited; the arena reserves the right to refuse any item deemed a danger or disruption.
