Citizens Bank Park

Conditional. Only clear bags up to 12"x6"x12", plus small clutches/fanny packs up to 5"x7", medical bags, and diaper bags are permitted; backpacks, draw-string bags, and other non-clear bags are prohibited. Non-clear bags including backpacks and draw-string bags are prohibited to expedite entry. Prohibited bags may be returned to a vehicle or stored in one of three on-site lockers (First Base Gate, West Suite/Club Entrance, or Left Field Gate) for a $10 cashless fee. All bags are subject to inspection. Max size: Clear bags: 12"x6"x12"; clutch/fanny pack (any material): 5"x7". Fee: $10 cashless fee for on-site locker storage of prohibited bags. Exceptions: Medical bags and diaper bags are exempt from size limits

Conditional. Unopened plastic (non-alcoholic) water bottles are permitted; glass bottles and cans are not. Glass bottles, cans and open containers may not be brought in. Exceptions: unopened plastic bottles (non-alcoholic), baby bottles, and single-serve soft-sided juice containers are allowed after inspection. Exceptions: Baby bottles and single-serve juice containers permitted

Allowed. Outside food is permitted with no specific restriction other than it must fit within the ballpark's bag-size policy. "We have no restrictions on guests bringing food into the building other than bag size established by MLB." Max size: Must fit within permitted bag dimensions (12"x6"x12" clear bag).

Allowed. Medical bags are explicitly exempted from the standard bag size/clear-bag restrictions. "Only clutch purses and/or fanny packs (no larger than 5" x 7"), clear bags (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"), medical bags, and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park." ADA-required medical liquids are also accommodated per accessibility guidance.

Not Allowed. Outside alcohol is prohibited; alcoholic beverages may also not be taken out of the ballpark. "Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into nor taken out of Citizens Bank Park. Guests may be requested to provide photo I.D. when purchasing alcoholic beverages."

Not Allowed. Cannabis is not permitted; it falls under the ballpark's ban on alcohol and illegal substances, with no medical marijuana carve-out published. Both the Guest Code of Conduct and the Entry and Carry-in Policy list "Alcohol or Illegal Substances" among prohibited items, with no team-published exception for medical marijuana.

Not Allowed. Coolers of any kind (hard-sided, soft-sided, or Styrofoam) are prohibited. Listed under both the Guest Code of Conduct and the Entry and Carry-in Policy as prohibited alongside cans, glass bottles, and open containers.

Conditional. Strollers are permitted but must be folded and stored under the guest's seat during the game; wagons are not addressed in official team materials. "Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat during the game." No official Phillies policy specifically addresses wagons.

Allowed. Wheelchairs and other mobility devices are welcomed, with dedicated accessible seating, ramps, elevators, and a wheelchair escort service. Wheelchair/companion seating is available at up to a 3:1 companion ratio; free wheelchair escort service is available at any entry gate; strollers and wheelchairs are directed to side gates for screening.

Conditional. Personal still cameras with lenses up to 6 inches are permitted; camera cases, tripods, monopods, and camcorders/video cameras are prohibited. "Still cameras for personal use with lenses no larger than 6 inches may be brought into the ballpark, provided no game action is recorded... camera cases are not permitted... Tripods, monopods, camcorders and hand-held video cameras are prohibited." Max size: Lens length up to 6 inches.

Not Allowed. Drones and unmanned/remote-controlled aircraft systems are prohibited at all times, including in the surrounding parking areas. FAA also restricts such aircraft within 3 nautical miles and up to 3,000 feet of the ballpark from one hour before to one hour after events; violations can result in fines, arrest, and up to one year imprisonment.

Allowed. Umbrellas are permitted inside the ballpark, with a request to be considerate of nearby guests. "Umbrellas are permitted inside Citizens Bank Park. Please be considerate of guests around you when using an umbrella." A separate, more restrictive prohibited-items list applies for concerts at the venue. Exceptions: Different, stricter rules apply for non-baseball concert events

Conditional. Noisemakers are banned outright; banners/signs and flags are allowed only within strict size, material, and content rules. Banners/signs must be cloth/paper (no rigid materials), max 24"x18", displayed in a stationary manner without blocking sightlines, and limited to baseball-related, non-political, non-commercial content. Flags must be smaller than 18"x24" and not affixed to a hard pole (larger flags allowed only for official cultural/heritage celebrations). Max size: Banners/signs: 24"x18" max; flags: 18"x24" max. Max quantity: One sign or banner per location. Exceptions: Larger flags allowed for official team cultural/heritage/theme celebrations

Not Allowed. Firearms, knives, tasers, and other weapons or hazardous devices are prohibited, except for on-duty police officers. "Firearms, weapons, knives, tasers and other dangerous or hazardous devices or substances (collectively 'weapons') are prohibited at Citizens Bank Park, unless carried by an on-duty police officer or otherwise expressly approved by the Phillies." Exceptions: On-duty police officers or as expressly approved by the Phillies

Not Allowed. Citizens Bank Park is a smoke-free facility; smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are prohibited inside the ballpark. "Smoking (including vaping and use of e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside Citizens Bank Park. Violators may be ejected."

Conditional. Service animals are welcome; all other pets are prohibited. "Guide dogs, service animals, or service animals in training are welcome. All other animals are prohibited." Exceptions: Service animals and service animals in training

Not Allowed. There is a strict no re-entry policy once a guest leaves Citizens Bank Park. "There is a no re-entry policy at Citizens Bank Park."

Not Allowed. Laptops are explicitly listed as a prohibited item to bring into the ballpark. The official prohibited items list includes: abusive/disruptive clothing, false identification, laptops, laser pointers, nets and poles, tools, and wrapped packages or gifts, in addition to the categories covered elsewhere.
