Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom

Conditional. Bags, purses, and backpacks are allowed but are subject to examination at entry; there is no published year-round size limit. Exceptions: Sharp objects, pocket knives, metal chains, firearms, or other weapon-like items are strictly prohibited and must be left at home or in your vehicle.

Conditional. One factory-sealed bottle of water per person is allowed in; other outside beverages are not permitted. Max quantity: 1 factory-sealed bottle per person.

Outside food and beverages generally aren't allowed, except one factory-sealed water bottle per person and food for guests with allergies or infant food/formula; picnic tables are provided in the parking lot for outside food, and grills/open fires aren't allowed. Exceptions: Guests with food allergies or babies needing formula/baby food should contact Guest Services or Park Security on arrival for approval.

Conditional. Outside alcohol isn't permitted, but adult beverages are sold in-park to guests 21+ with valid photo ID, limited to two single-portion drinks per ID, ending one hour before closing. Max quantity: 2 adult beverages per valid ID. Exceptions: Valid ID required (driver's license, military/state photo ID, or passport); digital or temporary paper IDs not accepted.

Not Allowed. Coolers may not be brought into the park, aside from the special dietary/allergy accommodation noted under food.

Conditional. Personal strollers are allowed, and double-stroller rentals are available. Fee: Double stroller rental: $22 plus processing fee (up to $9.99) and tax.

Allowed. Personal wheelchairs and ECVs are welcome, and both manual wheelchair and electric wheelchair (with canopy) rentals are available in the park. Max size: Electric wheelchairs have a manufacturer weight limit of 400 lbs; personal ECVs must have 3 wheels, carry only one rider while moving, and not exceed 5 mph. Fee: Electric wheelchair with canopy rental: $65 plus processing fee (up to $9.99) and tax.

Conditional. Cameras and cellphones are welcome for photos and video, but can't be used on any ride or attraction, and tripods are prohibited unless you're credentialed working media approved by the Marketing Department. Exceptions: Tripod use requires prior approval from Dorney Park's Marketing/PR Department.

Not Allowed. All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are banned at Dorney Park and every Cedar Fair park; unauthorized drones spotted over the park are reported to the FAA and local police regardless of where they were launched from.

Not Allowed. Firearms, ammunition, knives, weapons of any kind, and self-defense/restraining devices like pepper spray or mace are prohibited and grounds for removal without refund.

Conditional. Dorney Park is non-smoking; smoking and vaping (including e-cigarettes) are only permitted in a designated smoking area near the Main Entrance/Main Plaza.

Conditional. Family-oriented costumes/themed attire are fine, but costumes or face coverings that conceal your identity are prohibited; during Halloween Haunt, no costumes, Halloween makeup, or masks are allowed at all. Exceptions: This identity-concealment rule does not apply to masks worn to reduce the spread of illness.

Conditional. Pets aren't allowed, but ADA-defined service dogs are welcome. Service animals must stay with a non-riding member of your group for most rides, are restricted to a specific list of gentle rides, and are not permitted on water attractions, wet decks, wading pools, or lazy rivers. Exceptions: A service animal relief area is located near the Thunder Creek Mountain restrooms; Rider Swap is available so a member of your party can stay with the animal.

Conditional. Same-day re-entry is allowed via hand stamp/kiosk at the exit turnstiles, but re-entry is not permitted after 6:00 PM during Haunt season.

Dress code: shirts, shoes, and shorts are required throughout the park at all times (except when actively riding certain water rides); in Wildwater Kingdom, proper covering one/two-piece swimsuits or above-the-knee shorts are required (thong suits prohibited), and shoes aren't allowed on water park attractions.
