Conditional. Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12"x6"x12" inches, one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, or small non-clear clutch bags no larger than 4.5"x6.5" are permitted. One approved clutch bag may be carried in addition to one clear bag; purses larger than a clutch, backpacks, briefcases, fanny packs, cinch bags, and luggage are prohibited. Max size: 12"x6"x12" (clear bags); 4.5"x6.5" (clutch bags). Max quantity: One clear bag plus one clutch bag per person. Exceptions: Medically necessary bags/items are allowed with prior arrangement through Fan Services.

Conditional. Empty plastic water bottles are permitted and can be refilled at water fountains inside the stadium. Sealed, filled, or non-water beverages brought from outside are not permitted.

Conditional. Outside food is permitted only if it is wrapped in clear plastic wrap. Unwrapped outside food items are not allowed into the stadium.

Allowed. Medically necessary items such as insulin, medication, portable oxygen, and small soft-pack coolers are permitted after inspection. Guests are asked to contact Fan Services in advance (215-463-5500) and enter through the North Gate for these items.

Not Allowed. Outside alcohol may not be brought into the stadium under any circumstance. Alcohol is sold at concessions only, limited to two beers per transaction; guests who appear under 30 must show valid ID, and purchase requires also buying food.

Not Allowed. Coolers of any kind are prohibited from entry into the stadium. Exceptions: Small soft-pack coolers for medically necessary items (e.g., insulin) are allowed with prior arrangement through Fan Services.

Not Allowed. Strollers and infant car seats/carriers are prohibited from being brought into the stadium. Wagons are not separately addressed in the official policy documents found in this research.

Allowed. Breast pumps and nursing/pumping equipment are treated as medically necessary items and are permitted, entering through the North Gate. The stadium provides two lactation rooms in the HeadHouse Lobby below section 129, each with a chair, side table, TV, and outlets, and nursing mothers may feed wherever they are comfortable in the stadium. Exceptions: Pumping equipment and expressed milk do not need to fit inside the standard clear-bag size limits.

Allowed. Wheelchairs and other mobility devices are permitted, and guests who require one for the duration of the event are encouraged to bring their own. A limited number of stadium wheelchairs are available to transport guests from the gates to their seats, and the North Gate is the designated ADA entrance.

Conditional. Still cameras are permitted as long as the lens does not exceed 5 inches in length. Video recorders, tripods, wearable cameras such as GoPros, and laptops are prohibited. Max size: Lens length up to 5 inches.

Not Allowed. Drones and remote-controlled aircraft are prohibited from being brought into or operated at the stadium. FAA regulations also restrict drone flight within 3 nautical miles of the stadium during events.

Not Allowed. Umbrellas are prohibited from being brought into the stadium.

Conditional. Handheld signs smaller than 18"x24" that are event-related and without poles or sticks are permitted, but noisemaking devices such as bells, horns, kazoos, and whistles are prohibited. Signs may not be attached to a stick or pole longer than 12 inches, must not obstruct other guests' views, and may not be hung on the stadium structure or be obscene, indecent, or non-event-related. Max size: Signs smaller than 18"x24"; pole/stick no longer than 12 inches.

Conditional. Blankets are allowed but will be unfolded and inspected by security at entry, and seat cushions are permitted only if they do not exceed 15"x15" and have no arm rests, zippers, pockets, flaps, or metal backs. Max size: Seat cushions up to 15"x15".

Not Allowed. Weapons including guns, tasers, chemical sprays, brass knuckles, knives, pocketknives, box cutters, and scissors are prohibited. Walk-through weapons detection technology is deployed at stadium entry points.

Not Allowed. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is prohibited in all areas of the stadium. This ban applies stadium-wide, including areas that were previously designated for smoking.

Conditional. Costumes and headwear are allowed but are prohibited if large enough to obstruct other guests' view of the field of play.

Conditional. Only certified service animals, including service animals in training, are permitted; all other animals are prohibited.

Not Allowed. Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. Exceptions: Emergency re-entry may be granted with permission from a Gate Chief.

Not Allowed. Umbrellas, wrapped gifts, aerosol cans, balloons, balls (footballs, beach balls, etc.), decals/stickers/confetti/glitter, fireworks, laser pointers, selfie sticks, and authentic or motorcycle helmets are all prohibited. Throwing objects and verbal or physical harassment of other guests are also grounds for ejection.
