Beaver Stadium

Conditional. Only clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", or a small wristlet/clutch up to 4" x 6" x 1", are allowed; backpacks and all other bags are banned. Max size: Clear bag: 12" x 6" x 12"; wristlet/clutch: 4" x 6" x 1". Exceptions: Guests with medical, dietary, or childcare needs may bring one bag if arranged in advance (1-800-NITTANY), entering via the Beaver Stadium Police Station at Gate B or the ADA gates near Gate A or Gate B.

Not Allowed. Outside water, including empty/reusable bottles, is not permitted; water is available inside via concessions and drinking fountains.

Not Allowed. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the stadium.

Conditional. Medical items may be brought in via one bag if arranged in advance with Athletics Game Operations/Emergency Management, entering through designated gates. Exceptions: Advance arrangement required (1-800-NITTANY) — not a walk-up accommodation.

Not Allowed. Bringing alcohol in (or taking it out) is prohibited; alcohol is instead sold inside with ID, 2-drink max per person at a time, ending after the 3rd quarter. Max quantity: 2 alcoholic beverages per person per sale (in-stadium purchase only).

Not Allowed. Containers including cans, bottles, coolers, and flasks are prohibited.

Not Allowed. Strollers are explicitly prohibited at Beaver Stadium — notably the one Penn State athletics venue where they aren't allowed, per the university's own bag policy which permits strollers everywhere else.

Conditional. Lactation Pods are available inside the Mount Nittany Club and at Gate F; a bag for nursing needs can be brought in under the same medical/dietary/childcare exception as the general bag policy. Exceptions: Advance arrangement required via 1-800-NITTANY, entering through designated ADA/police-station gates.

Allowed. Mobility devices — canes, crutches, walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, scooters, etc. — are permitted, with dedicated ADA gates at Club/Letterman (near Gate A) and All-Sports Museum (near Gate B).

Not Allowed. Bicycles, in-line skates, non-mobility scooters, skateboards, and motorized bikes/carts are prohibited, except mobility scooters used by disabled patrons. Exceptions: Mobility scooters for disabled patrons are permitted.

Conditional. Cameras are allowed loose (no case, tripod, or extra lens) as long as they don't exceed roughly 8.5" x 11" x 11"; poles, sticks, and selfie sticks are banned (canes for disability assistance excepted). Max size: Camera body up to approx. 8.5" x 11" x 11", no case/bag/tripod/extra lens.

Not Allowed. Drones and airplanes are prohibited on home football gamedays by athletic-department policy, and separately banned via the same federal FAA flight-restriction rule applied to every Division I stadium seating 30,000+. Beaver Stadium's 106,000+ capacity qualifies for the FAA's automatic Temporary Flight Restriction (no UAS within 3 nautical miles / below 3,000 ft AGL, one hour before kickoff to one hour after) in addition to the athletic department's own gameday ban — a double layer of restriction.

Not Allowed. Umbrellas are prohibited inside the stadium.

Conditional. Noisemakers (whistles, sirens, etc.) are prohibited, and signage/banners/posters are banned everywhere except the first row of the lower south end zone seating. Exceptions: Signs/banners permitted only in the south end zone, lower level, row one.

Conditional. Blankets and rollable seat cushions without pockets are fine; rigid stadium chairs with backs are not (except those that roll up and have no pockets).

Not Allowed. Weapons of any kind are not permitted inside the stadium; Penn State's general weapons policy also bans firearms/weapons elsewhere on university property and at university-sponsored activities. The university maintains a 24/7 weapons storage/check-in option at the University Police office at University Park.

Not Allowed. Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) and tobacco products of any kind are banned throughout the venue.

Conditional. Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited except service animals, which must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Exceptions: Trained service animals (ADA-defined) only — no comfort/emotional-support-animal carve-out.

Not Allowed. Beaver Stadium has a no re-entry policy, except in the case of a full stadium evacuation, where fans should retain ticket stubs/mobile tickets to be readmitted. Exceptions: Stadium evacuation only.

Not Allowed. All items and persons are subject to security screening/inspection at the gate; there is no storage for prohibited items, so anything confiscated at entry is discarded and unrecoverable. The venue is cashless aside from mobile pay. First aid/EMS station located between public Gates E and F.
