Galaxy Stadium

Conditional. Each guest may carry one clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12", or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, plus one small clutch purse; non-clear bags of other kinds are not allowed. Max size: 12" x 6" x 12" clear bag or one-gallon clear freezer bag, plus one small clutch (approx. hand-sized), with or without handle/strap. Exceptions: Medically necessary bags/equipment that don't fit the clear-bag rules are allowed after inspection and tagging by security at the gate; diapers and other baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag.

Conditional. One factory-sealed, unopened bottle of water 20 ounces or smaller (not frozen) is allowed in; empty beverage containers are also permitted. Max quantity: 1 bottle, 20 oz. or less.

Not Allowed. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the stadium (the only exception is a single sealed 20 oz. or smaller water bottle).

Allowed. Medically necessary bags or equipment that don't fit the clear-bag rules are permitted after the bag/item is inspected and tagged by security at the gate. Exceptions: Questions about medical equipment can be directed to the Athletics Operations office at 806-834-1038.

Not Allowed. Outside alcoholic beverages may not be brought into (or taken out of) the stadium; beer and wine are sold at select concession stands inside.

Not Allowed. Coolers and other beverage containers are on the official prohibited items list.

Conditional. Strollers may be brought to the stadium but must be left in designated stroller-parking areas just inside Gates 1, 3 and 4 rather than taken to seats; these areas are not staffed or secured. Exceptions: Stroller parking is unmonitored — guests are responsible for items left there.

Allowed. Wheelchairs are accommodated with ADA seating (available on a game-by-game basis via the ticket office) and designated wheelchair-parking areas just inside Gates 1, 3 and 4; standing behind designated ADA barriers is not permitted.

Conditional. Hand-held still cameras for personal use are allowed, but cameras with telescopic lenses 4 inches or longer, lenses with a focal length of 300mm or greater, video cameras, and commercial camera/video equipment are prohibited. Exceptions: Binoculars, phones, and personal still cameras may be carried separately from a clear bag as long as they aren't in their own case.

Not Allowed. Umbrellas are prohibited inside the stadium; guests are advised to plan for rain gear instead.

Not Allowed. Artificial noisemakers and banners are on the official prohibited items list.

Conditional. Seat cushions/seatbacks are allowed only if 16 inches wide or less with no armrests, pockets, zippers, compartments or covers; blankets are permitted if carried openly over a shoulder or arm so they can be screened. Max size: Seat cushions/seatbacks: 16" width or less, no armrests.

Not Allowed. Firearms, weapons, explosives and fireworks are prohibited inside the stadium; all guests are screened at every gate with the Evolv Weapons Detection System in addition to the clear bag policy, and prohibited items cannot be left at the gate. The official gameday guide states this as a flat prohibition and does not cite a sporting-event carve-out under the Texas Penal Code the way some other Texas schools' materials do.

Not Allowed. The stadium is a smoke-free facility, including electronic cigarettes/vaping, with no smoking areas inside; since re-entry isn't allowed, guests who leave to smoke need a new ticket to get back in.

Conditional. Animals are prohibited except service animals.

Not Allowed. Re-entry is not allowed; a new ticket is required to get back into the stadium once a guest has left.

Not Allowed. Poles, including selfie sticks, are prohibited, and any other item not on the published list may be denied entry at staff discretion; throwing objects (including tortillas) results in immediate ejection.
