Conditional. Only clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags up to 12"x6"x12", or a small clutch/purse up to 4.5"x6.5", are allowed; all other bags are prohibited. Follows the NFL leaguewide Clear Bag Policy. Non-transparent bags, backpacks, cinch bags, computer bags, binocular/camera cases, and diaper bags are prohibited. Max size: 12" x 6" x 12" (clear) or 4.5" x 6.5" (clutch). Max quantity: 1 clear bag + 1 small clutch per person. Exceptions: Medical supply containers (e.g., for diabetics) and medically necessary items permitted after inspection

Conditional. Guests may bring two sealed, non-flavored 16.9 oz. water bottles per person. This is the only outside beverage exception; all other food and drinks must be purchased inside. Max quantity: 2 sealed 16.9 oz. bottles per person. Exceptions: Must be sealed and non-flavored

Not Allowed. Outside food and beverages are prohibited, with the sole exception of two sealed water bottles per person. "Food and beverages, except two (2) sealed non-flavored 16.9 oz. water bottles per person" are listed as prohibited items. Exceptions: Medical/dietary exceptions (e.g., diabetic supplies) may be approved in advance via the ticket office

Allowed. Containers for medical supplies (e.g., for diabetics) are permitted after inspection, even though they fall outside standard bag-size limits. The NFL leaguewide policy also grants exceptions for all medically necessary items after proper inspection at a designated gate.

Not Allowed. Outside alcohol is not allowed; guests attempting to bring their own alcohol will not be admitted. Concession alcohol sales are limited to two beers per purchase per person and are discontinued at the end of the third quarter. Obviously intoxicated patrons will not be admitted. Max quantity: 2 beers per purchase (concessions only).

Not Allowed. Coolers and beverage containers, including cups, cans and bottles, are prohibited.

Not Allowed. Strollers are listed as a prohibited item. Combination baby carriers/single-stool baby carriers with pockets or zippers are also prohibited due to size; strapped baby carriers or wraps without solid pockets/zippers are permitted. Wagons are not separately addressed in official materials. Exceptions: Strapped baby carriers/wraps without pockets or zippers are permitted

Allowed. A private nursing room dedicated to nursing mothers is available on each level of the stadium. Rooms are accessible via Guest Relations booths located across from sections 119, 313, and 525; call 704-358-7000 for information.

Allowed. Guests needing a mobility device throughout the game are encouraged to bring their own; dedicated lanes are provided at each gate. Stadium wheelchairs are available at Guest Relations booths but only to escort a guest to their seat — guests may not keep a stadium wheelchair, and staff cannot remove wheelchairs from stadium property. Accessible seating is located in sections 105, 118, 125, 138 (lower bowl) and 522, 525, 531, 534 (upper level); elevators are at the North, East, and South gates with no pass required.

Conditional. Compact still cameras and binoculars are permitted; video cameras, GoPros, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited.

Not Allowed. Flying drones/UAS over or near the stadium is federally prohibited during games. Under 14 CFR 99.7, the FAA bars UAS/drone flights within 3 nautical miles and below 3,000 feet AGL of any stadium with 30,000+ seating capacity hosting an NFL, MLB, or NCAA Division I football game, from one hour before to one hour after the event. Bank of America Stadium (capacity ~75,000) falls under this rule.

Not Allowed. Umbrellas are listed as a prohibited item.

Conditional. Horns, bells, whistles, and other noisemakers are prohibited; banners/signs/flags are allowed only if one person can hold them, no larger than 24"x24", football/event-related, with no commercial messages, logos, or political endorsements. Flags brought in must be without poles or sticks. Max size: 24" x 24" for banners/signs/flags.

Conditional. Folding chairs are prohibited; seat pads without covers/zippers/pockets are allowed; blankets are permitted during winter months.

Not Allowed. Weapons of any kind and size, including guns, knives, scissors, and those carried with a permit, are prohibited.

Not Allowed. Bank of America Stadium is a smoke-free facility; smoking, vapor cigarettes, and electronic cigarettes are prohibited in all areas.

Conditional. Pets are prohibited except service animals assisting guests with disabilities. Per North Carolina requirements referenced by the team, a service animal must be a dog (any breed) or miniature pony, and must be certified and leashed. Exceptions: Service animals permitted

Not Allowed. Game tickets are revocable licenses granting only one-time entry; there is no right of re-entry. By purchasing or using a ticket, the holder agrees management may refuse or revoke admission at its sole discretion, and failure to comply forfeits the license without refund.

Not Allowed. Also prohibited: baby seats, balloons, explosives, fireworks, illegal drugs, laptops, laser pointers, selfie sticks, souvenir cups, and clothing with profanity or obscene gestures. Stadium management also reserves the right to prohibit any other item judged to pose a safety hazard.
