Conditional. For Utah Athletics events, fans may bring one clear bag plus a small clutch/purse; no other bags, purses, or backpacks are allowed. Max size: One clear bag no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" (or a 1-gallon clear plastic storage bag); small clutch/purse up to 6.5" x 4.5". Exceptions: Diaper bags and medical-supply bags are permitted but are subject to search

Not Allowed. Drones are not allowed inside or near Rice-Eccles Stadium. Per FAA regulation (NOTAM 4/3621) and campus policy — a 3-nautical-mile radius / 3,000 ft altitude restriction applies above stadiums with 30,000+ capacity during events
