Conditional. Effectively a no-bag stadium: only small clutch bags (5" x 8" x 1" or smaller) are allowed, plus medically necessary bags/diaper bags after inspection. Max size: 5" x 8" x 1" for clutch bags. Max quantity: One bag per person. Exceptions: Medically necessary bags and diaper bags permitted after inspection

Not Allowed. No outside food or drink, including bottled water, is permitted, but free water bottle refill stations are available inside on the concourses. Exceptions: Free water refill stations on lower concourses of the North/South end zones and south end of the East stands

Conditional. Strollers and infant car seats are not permitted in seating areas and must be checked at stroller check locations under each stand.

Allowed. A dedicated Mother's Room is available in the women's restroom beneath the East Stands, and diaper-changing stations are located inside each restroom.

Allowed. Wheelchairs are welcomed, with dedicated wheelchair seating areas, wheelchair check locations for guests who can transfer to a regular seat, and a limited number of loaner wheelchairs available at the Stadium Management Office (a driver's license is held as collateral).

Conditional. Personal handheld cameras are allowed, but tripods, professional photography gear, and video cameras are prohibited without media credentials, and any camera bag falls under the no-bag policy. Exceptions: Media/press must obtain credentials via BYU Athletic Media Relations

Not Allowed. Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium; ponchos are recommended instead for wet weather.

Conditional. Battery-operated megaphones and artificial noisemakers are banned, and signs or banners are limited to 24" x 36" or smaller; whiteboards of any size are also prohibited. Max size: Signs/banners: 24" x 36" maximum.

Conditional. Personal stadium seat chairs are not permitted, though rental chairs fitting the venue's specifications are available at Gates 1 and 5; blankets are allowed after inspection. Fee: Chair rental available at Gates 1 and 5 (fee applies).

Not Allowed. Weapons of any type are prohibited inside the stadium.

Not Allowed. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes/vapes, is strictly prohibited anywhere on BYU's alcohol- and tobacco-free campus, including the stadium.

Conditional. Only trained service animals (dogs or miniature horses performing a disability-related task) are allowed; pets and emotional support animals are not permitted, and guests are asked to notify BYU Special Events in advance. Exceptions: Notify BYU Special Events Department in advance at 801-422-6022

Conditional. Re-entry is allowed only if a guest's ticket or ROC pass was exit-scanned upon leaving; that same scanned ticket must be re-scanned to re-enter, and tickets are non-transferable once scanned.

Not Allowed. Fireworks, sticks or poles, laser pointers, and any other item deemed dangerous by stadium management are prohibited, in addition to the specifically listed banned items.
