Highmark Stadium

Conditional. Only clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags no larger than 12"x6"x12", one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, or small non-clear clutch bags up to 4.5"x6.5" are permitted, and all bags are subject to search. One approved clear bag may be carried in combination with one small clutch bag; all other bag types must be left at home or in a vehicle. Not Allowed. Outside bottles, cans, thermoses, and other beverage containers are not permitted into Highmark Stadium.

Conditional. Outside food is permitted only if it fits inside the stadium's approved clear bag (12"x6"x12") or small clutch bag, with no rigid beverage containers included. Local news coverage citing the Bills' official policy notes fans have carried items such as sandwiches, chips, and juice boxes through the clear bag. Max size: Must fit within a 12"x6"x12" clear bag or 4.5"x6.5" clutch bag.

Not Allowed. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into Highmark Stadium. Alcohol is available for purchase from stadium concessions instead.

Not Allowed. Cannabis/marijuana falls under the stadium's official ban on "illegal substances," which remains in force despite New York's state legalization of recreational cannabis. The Bills' gate-entry policy does not name cannabis specifically; this is drawn from its general ban on "alcoholic beverages, illegal substances," and cannabis remains illegal under federal law even where state law permits it.

Not Allowed. Coolers are not permitted, falling under the stadium's official ban on outside beverage containers. The official policy prohibits "bottles, cans, thermoses, and other beverage containers" — a category that covers coolers, though the word "cooler" is not used verbatim on the page.

Not Allowed. Strollers are listed as a prohibited item for entry into Highmark Stadium on game day. This differs from Bills Training Camp, where strollers are explicitly permitted; wagons are not addressed in any official material found.

Allowed. Personal wheelchairs and mobility devices are permitted, and a stadium wheelchair-transport service is available from gates/entries to seats and back. Not Allowed. Golf carts, Segways, skateboards, scooters, and hoverboards are prohibited in Bills-controlled tailgating parking lots, and bicycles are permitted only at designated bike racks in tailgating areas. The RV Lot separately bans golf carts, skateboards, bikes, and drones. Exceptions: Bicycles at designated bike racks in tailgating areas.

Conditional. Cameras with lenses six inches or shorter are permitted, but cameras with lenses longer than six inches, video cameras, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited. Binoculars are also explicitly permitted. Max size: Lens length up to 6 inches.

Not Allowed. Drones and other unmanned aircraft devices are prohibited from Highmark Stadium and its parking lots. The parking policy separately warns that possession or operation of drones/remote-controlled aircraft in Bills lots may result in immediate ejection from the site.

Conditional. Noisemakers and laser pointer devices are prohibited, while flags, signs, and banners are only restricted if they are obscene, offensive, or political in nature. The flag/sign restriction comes from the stadium's Fan Code of Conduct rather than the gate-entry item list.

Not Allowed. Tobacco products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, chewing tobacco, nicotine pouches, and lighters/matches, are prohibited.

Conditional. Animals are not permitted inside Highmark Stadium, except for certified service dogs/animals. Exceptions: Certified service animals for guests with disabilities.

Not Allowed. Re-entry to Highmark Stadium is prohibited; guests who leave may not re-enter using the same event ticket. Re-entry to premium areas is permitted for appropriately ticketed guests who obtain a wristband before exiting; emergencies should be reported to a Guest Experience Booth. Exceptions: Premium seat ticket holders with a wristband.

Conditional. Battery-powered heated clothing (coats, vests, gloves) and rechargeable hand warmers are permitted, but the battery must be removed and screened separately at security; single-use disposable hand warmers have always been allowed. Also prohibited under the stadium's general catch-all list: unapproved promotional materials, selfie sticks/sticks/poles, laptops and radios, beach balls/footballs/inflatables, and "any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate."
