Bell Centre

Conditional. Backpacks, coolers, sports bags, and hard-covered briefcases are banned entirely regardless of size; other bags generally must not exceed 15 x 10 x 4 cm so they fit under a seat. Max size: 15 cm x 10 cm x 4 cm (general rule; varies by event). Exceptions: Backpacks, coolers, sports bags, and hard-covered briefcases are prohibited outright, no matter the size.

Not Allowed. Outside drinks, including water, may not be brought into the Bell Centre.

Not Allowed. Outside food is not permitted inside the venue.

Not Allowed. Outside alcohol, including glass bottles and cans, is prohibited; only alcohol purchased inside is allowed, and the minimum age to buy it is 18.

Not Allowed. Coolers are explicitly banned regardless of size.

Allowed. The Bell Centre has a dedicated Wellness Space with a nursing room, rest area, chairs, and a microwave. Located on the M2 Loto-Québec level, accessible via gates 4 and 10.

Allowed. The Bell Centre has dedicated wheelchair-accessible sections on Level 100 (row N) with direct street-level access for safety/accessibility, each allowing one companion. These areas may also accommodate deaf, deaf-blind, and hard-of-hearing guests requiring a sign language interpreter.

Conditional. Personal cameras are fine, but professional cameras with lenses over 2.5 inches or any detachable lens, plus professional video/audio recording equipment and selfie sticks/monopods, are prohibited. Max size: Lens must be 2.5" or smaller and non-detachable.

Not Allowed. Drones and similar remote-controlled objects are prohibited.

Conditional. Noisemaking objects like bells and horns are banned outright; flags, banners, and posters are allowed only if they don't obstruct another guest's view. Exceptions: Flags/banners/posters permitted as long as they don't block other patrons' sightlines.

Not Allowed. All weapons, knives (including pocketknives, cutters, and blades), pepper spray/aerosols, and blunt or dangerous objects are prohibited. Guests carrying such items are denied entry unless they voluntarily surrender them in bins provided at entrances; a partnership with a non-profit exists for surrendering small legal knives. Confiscated items are destroyed or donated.

Not Allowed. Smoking and vaping are forbidden anywhere inside the Bell Centre.

Conditional. Clothing, signs, or messages displaying offensive, obscene, or derogatory content are prohibited; costumes/masks aren't otherwise addressed.

Conditional. Animals are not permitted except for service animals. Exceptions: Service animals are allowed.

Not Allowed. Also prohibited: computers/tablets, souvenir cups, laser pointers, fireworks/pyrotechnic devices, and any item deemed suspicious by security personnel.
