Conditional. Only clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" (or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag) plus one small non-clear clutch up to 4.5" x 6.5" are allowed; backpacks, purses, briefcases, fanny packs, and similar bags are prohibited.
