Conditional. Only one clear bag is allowed per person — a 12" x 6" x 12" clear backpack/tote/drawstring bag or a one-gallon clear freezer bag — plus one small non-clear bag; no other bags or purses, including diaper bags, are permitted. Max size: Clear bag: 12" x 6" x 12" (or 1-gallon clear freezer bag). Non-clear bag (fanny pack, crossbody, clutch): 7.5" x 5.5".. Exceptions: Bags necessary for approved medical equipment are searched at marked medical lanes at each gate. Family care items (diapers, formula, etc.) must be carried inside the clear tote, not a separate diaper bag.

Conditional. Fans may bring one empty, clear plastic water bottle under 17 oz.; bottle-filling stations and water stations are located throughout the concourses. Max size: Under 17 oz., must be empty and clear. Max quantity: 1 bottle per person.

Not Allowed. No outside food or drink is permitted into the stadium. Exceptions: Approved family care items such as formula, carried in the clear tote bag, are allowed.

OU prohibits operating drones/unmanned aircraft systems on University property on home football gamedays except as specifically authorized by University Administration; this is on top of the FAA's standing 3-nautical-mile TFR around NCAA Division I stadiums from 1 hour before to 1 hour after kickoff.

Not Allowed. Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium.

Explosives, firearms, and weapons are prohibited stadium items; separately, Oklahoma law (21 O.S. §1277) makes it a crime to carry a firearm — even with a valid handgun license — onto, or into areas set aside for viewing, a collegiate sporting event, which is the actual state-law mechanism behind the ban rather than a campus-carry exception. Exceptions: Unlawful items are subject to confiscation and the possessor is subject to arrest.
