Conditional. Per the NFL's leaguewide Clear Bag Policy, fans may bring one clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bag up to 12"x12"x6" (or an official NFL-team-logo clear tote of the same size), plus a small non-clear clutch up to 4.5"x6.5", per person. A one-gallon clear plastic freezer (Ziploc-style) bag is also allowed, as are clear backpacks/fanny packs/cinch bags within the size limit. Each person, including children, may carry one approved clear bag plus one clutch. Non-approved bags (backpacks, purses, camera bags, binocular cases, mesh bags, tote bags, tinted/printed plastic bags, seat cushions) can be checked at the Bag Check Tent at the stadium's SW corner. Max size: 12"x12"x6" (clear bag) or 4.5"x6.5" (clutch). Max quantity: 1 clear bag + 1 clutch per person. Fee: $20 to check a non-approved bag at the Bag Check Tent (credit card only). Exceptions: Diaper bags, nursing bags, and medical bags are permitted after inspection at the medical exception entrances (Southwest or Southeast Canada Dry City Club entrances); diaper bags must be accompanied by an appropriately aged child.

Not Allowed. Outside beverages, including bottled water, are not permitted inside the stadium. The stadium's official Prohibited Items list bans plastic bottles and "cans or bottles (bottled or boxed liquids)" outright; drinks must be purchased inside.

Conditional. Small personal food items are allowed if carried in a factory-sealed package or a gallon-sized clear plastic bag. The stadium notes it sells items that may contain peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten, and permits fans to bring approved outside food to accommodate dietary needs.

Allowed. Medical bags and medications/medical devices are permitted after inspection at the stadium's medical exception entrances. Medical exception entrances are located at the Southwest and Southeast Canada Dry City Club entrances, staffed with trained security and medical personnel who can review and permit medications or medical devices that would otherwise be restricted at other gates.

Not Allowed. Outside alcohol is prohibited; alcohol may only be purchased inside by guests 21+, limited to two drinks per transaction, with sales stopping at the end of the third quarter of Browns games. Proper ID is required for anyone under 30. Visibly intoxicated guests are denied entry, and disorderly conduct results in ejection without refund. "Alcoholic beverages" also appear on the stadium's official Prohibited Items list for outside entry.

Not Allowed. Cannabis/marijuana falls under the stadium's general ban on "illegal substances" and its no-smoking/no-vaping rules, which remain in force despite Ohio's legalization of recreational cannabis for adults. The official Prohibited Items list does not name cannabis specifically but bans "illegal substances" alongside smoking and vaping; cannabis remains illegal under federal law even where state law permits it.

Not Allowed. Coolers and ice chests, including small soft-sided coolers, are explicitly listed as prohibited items.

Not Allowed. Strollers are not permitted inside the stadium. Strollers can be checked at the Bag Check Tent at the SW corner of the stadium; wagons are not addressed in any official material found. Exceptions: May be checked (not carried in) at the Bag Check Tent, $20, credit card only.

Allowed. Nursing bags are permitted after inspection at the medical exception entrances, and private nursing rooms are available inside the stadium. Nursing room locations: sections 118, 349, and 514; ask any Guest Services team member for access.

Allowed. Manual and power-driven wheelchairs, as well as three- or four-wheeled mobility scooters, are permitted inside the stadium. A limited number of stadium wheelchairs are available at gates/Guest Services to transport guests within the venue, but fans needing a wheelchair for the entire event must bring their own.

Conditional. Personal cameras and video cameras/camcorders are allowed for Browns games as long as they don't interfere with other fans, but commercial audio/video recording equipment, including tripods, is prohibited. Images/video captured may not be used commercially, and video cameras may not be used to reproduce the game. Camera policy for concerts/other events is at each event's discretion and often does not allow professional cameras.

Not Allowed. Drones are explicitly listed as a prohibited item at the stadium.

Not Allowed. Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium for safety and line-of-sight reasons. Exceptions: May be checked (not carried in) at the Bag Check Tent at the SW corner of the stadium.

Conditional. Banners and signs are permitted if they meet content/size guidelines, but noisemaking devices (air horns, bells, bullhorns, thundersticks, whistles) are prohibited. Banners/signs must be in good taste, may not obstruct views or cover stadium signage, may not carry commercial, political, or divisive content, and may not be mounted on poles/sticks or made of wood/metal.

Conditional. Blankets are permitted (guests may be asked to shake them out at the security checkpoint), but seat cushions are prohibited. The stadium has fixed seating; standalone portable chairs are not addressed in official materials.

Not Allowed. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, including firearms, knives, mace/pepper spray, and sticks, poles, bats, or clubs. Possession of a firearm or weapon will result in immediate law enforcement intervention per the stadium's own materials.

Not Allowed. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and chewing tobacco are all prohibited inside the stadium, per Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the outer concourse; fans caught smoking inside will be ejected.

Conditional. Only trained service animals as defined by the U.S. Department of Justice/ADA are permitted; pets, emotional support animals, and therapy animals are not allowed. Exceptions: Guests with service animals should enter through either south Canada Dry City Club entrance.

Not Allowed. Fans are not permitted to leave the stadium and re-enter on the same ticket for any event. Exceptions: Medical emergencies — see a security supervisor at the gate.

Not Allowed. Also officially prohibited: aerosol cans, balloons, beach balls, bones, confetti/glitter, flying discs, inflated footballs (other than in-game balls), fireworks/missile-like objects, and laser lights. The prohibited items list is explicitly non-exhaustive; stadium management may deny any item deemed a security or operational risk.
