Disney's Animal Kingdom

Conditional. Bags, backpacks, and suitcases are allowed but must not exceed 24"x15"x18", and all bags are subject to security screening. Max size: 24"x15"x18".

Allowed. Guests may bring their own filled reusable water bottles or nonalcoholic beverages for personal consumption. Exceptions: Glass containers are prohibited, except small ones like baby food jars.

Conditional. Outside food is generally allowed for personal consumption, but must be declared at bag check and can't be in glass containers or contain alcohol. Exceptions: No glass containers, no alcohol, no items requiring re-heating/cooking on site.

Allowed. Medications and medical supplies are allowed; First Aid centers can help with storage or administration needs. Exceptions: Marijuana/cannabis products are not permitted even with a medical prescription.

Not Allowed. Outside alcohol may not be brought into the park; alcoholic beverages are sold on-site instead.

Not Allowed. Marijuana and other illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on Disney property, including medical marijuana.

Conditional. Small, personally-carryable coolers are allowed if they fit the 24"x15"x18" size limit; loose or dry ice is not permitted. Max size: 24"x15"x18".

Conditional. Standard strollers are allowed up to 31"x52", but wagons and stroller-wagons are prohibited. Max size: 31" wide x 52" long. Fee: $15/day single, $31/day double stroller rental at Garden Gate Gifts.

Allowed. Baby Care Centers provide free nursing/pumping rooms with outlets; Animal Kingdom's rooms are individual/private (unlike Magic Kingdom/EPCOT's semi-private rooms).

Allowed. Personal wheelchairs and ECVs are welcome, with rentals available through Disney's featured provider.

Conditional. Mobility scooters/ECVs meeting size/stability specs are allowed, but hoverboards, Segways, and similar self-balancing devices are banned. Max size: 36" wide x 52" long max for allowed mobility devices.

Conditional. Handheld cameras/phones are fine, but selfie sticks are banned and tripods/monopods must fit in a backpack and stay under 6 feet. Max size: 6ft max, must fit in a standard backpack.

Not Allowed. Drones and other recreational remote-control aircraft are prohibited, reinforced by a permanent FAA flight restriction over the whole resort.

Allowed. Umbrellas are permitted in the parks; no official size limit found.

Not Allowed. Horns, whistles, megaphones, noisemakers, flags, and banners are prohibited; balloons are additionally banned specifically at Animal Kingdom to protect the park's live animals.

Conditional. Folding/beach chairs are not allowed; blankets are not addressed in official rules.

Not Allowed. Firearms, ammunition, knives, weapons of any kind, and self-defense devices like pepper spray are strictly prohibited.

Conditional. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas outside the park entrance.

Conditional. Guests 14+ may not wear costumes/masks (medical exception applies); special ticketed events like Halloween parties have their own sub-rules.

Allowed. Portable chargers/power banks are allowed for personal device charging.

Conditional. Pets aren't allowed (kennels available); trained service dogs/miniature horses are welcome, though they may be excluded from a few open-air animal-exhibit areas (Pangani Forest, Maharajah Jungle Trek, It's Tough to Be a Bug!) for the animals' welfare. Exceptions: Aviary areas of Pangani Forest/Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail and Maharajah Jungle Trek, and It's Tough to Be a Bug!, may restrict service animal access.

Allowed. Guests can leave and re-enter the same park as many times as they like on the same day using the same valid ticket.
