ConditionalEach fan may carry one clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12", or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, plus a small clutch bag/wallet no larger than 6.5" x 4.5".
All bags are subject to search. Backpacks, purses/bags larger than a small clutch, luggage, computer/camera bags, briefcases, fanny packs and cinch bags are not approved. A fee-based Mobile Locker Company storage option is available near the gates for guests with non-approved bags.

Outside Food
AllowedOutside food is permitted as long as it is carried in an approved clear plastic bag.
The Diamondbacks do not restrict specific food types brought in, only the container/bag it must be carried in.
Medical Supplies & Equipment
ConditionalExceptions to the standard bag/prohibited-items policy are made for medically necessary items after inspection at the ADA screening lanes (Gate A or E).
Guests with medical or other special needs are encouraged to contact the Disability Services Manager in advance of the game.
Alcohol / BYOB
Not AllowedOutside alcohol is prohibited; alcohol is sold inside the ballpark to guests 21+ with valid ID.
In-park alcohol sales are limited to 50 oz of beer, 1 liter of wine, or 4 oz of distilled spirits, max two drinks per person per ID, and sales stop at the start of the 8th inning.
Cannabis / Marijuana
Not AllowedDrugs and other illegal substances, explicitly including medical marijuana, are prohibited.
Coolers
Not AllowedCoolers of any kind are not permitted — the beverage policy only allows sealed water bottles, empty bottles, and sealed juice boxes (explicitly banning metal, glass, and thermos-style containers), and the bag policy caps all bags well below cooler size.
Strollers & Wagons
ConditionalStrollers are welcomed as long as they don't block aisles or guest movement; official policy does not separately address wagons.
Strollers may be checked at Guest Relations (Section 128 main concourse or Section 322 upper concourse) but are not available to rent, and are subject to search by game-day security.

Breast Pumps & Nursing Supplies
ConditionalNursing accommodations are available at the Suite Office across from Suite 42 on the Suite Level.
Formula and baby food are also explicitly permitted through the bag/beverage exceptions.
Wheelchairs & ECVs
AllowedWheelchairs and other mobility devices are accommodated with dedicated screening lanes at Gates A, C, E, J, K and the Bridge Entrance.
Guests using these lanes undergo a light pat-down or hand-wand search plus inspection of the mobility device instead of walking through the metal detector. The team also has a limited number of wheelchairs (250 lb capacity) to transport guests to/from seats, first-come first-served.
E-Bikes, Scooters & Hoverboards
Not AllowedSkateboards, rollerblades, scooters, razors, and shoes with wheels are prohibited.
Cameras & Photo Gear
ConditionalHand-held, non-professional still and video cameras are allowed provided game action isn't recorded (per MLB mandate); lens can't exceed 8" long / 4" wide, and no tripods or monopods.
Cameras with tri-, dual-, or single-leg pods used by non-media personnel are prohibited, as is any device that affects other guests' sight lines.
Drones

ConditionalChase Field is a non-smoking facility, including e-cigarettes, cigars, and traditional cigarettes; smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas outside Gates A, F, J, and K.
Guests need their digital ticket to re-enter after stepping outside to smoke, since these areas are outside the ballpark.

Pets & Service Animals
