Conditional. Bags are allowed only if 14"x6"x14" or smaller; backpacks are banned (except single-compartment drawstring/fashion backpack-style purses). Bags do not need to be clear. Bags between 10"x6"x2" and the max must go through designated x-ray screening lanes. Max size: 14"L x 6"W x 14"H. Fee: $10 donation to check an oversized/prohibited bag. Exceptions: Single-compartment drawstring bags and fashion backpack-style purses allowed

Not Allowed. No outside water is allowed, including sealed bottled water and empty reusable bottles; free water fountains are available inside.

Not Allowed. No cannabis-specific statement exists, but general prohibited-items rules ban 'drugs, illegal substances' and enforce a venue-wide smoke-free policy covering all smoking and vaping.

Allowed. Strollers are permitted and can be checked at Guest Services Kiosks near Portals 13 or 53.

Allowed. A private Mamava Lactation Pod is available at Portal 52 on the Upper Concourse, arranged via Guest Services at Portal 53.

Allowed. Wheelchairs/mobility devices are welcome, with free storage and a complimentary wheelchair escort service from Thrive City/East Plaza.

Not Allowed. Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and bicycles are prohibited inside; bikes must use the free outdoor Bike Valet instead.

Conditional. Basic point-and-shoot/phone cameras are fine; professional gear, lenses over 3 inches, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are prohibited. Max size: Camera lenses may not exceed 3 inches extended. Exceptions: Some artists require phone-free environments for their shows

Not Allowed. Drones are explicitly prohibited.

Conditional. Chase Center's own official guide contains contradictory statements: one section says umbrellas are allowed, while the prohibited-items list separately bans them as an 'optical illusion' item. Confirm directly with the venue if this matters.

Conditional. Small event-related signs/banners/flags (up to 11"x17") are allowed if not on a pole; noisemaking devices (air horns, cowbells, whistles, drums) are banned. Max size: 11"x17" for signs/banners/flags.

Not Allowed. Chairs are explicitly listed as a prohibited item; blankets aren't addressed in official materials.

Not Allowed. All weapons and dangerous devices are banned, including firearms, knives, pepper spray/mace, tasers, bats, clubs, and fireworks/flares.

Not Allowed. Chase Center is entirely smoke-free, including vaping/e-cigarettes, anywhere on property.

Conditional. Costumes/cosplay are allowed if maneuverable and non-threatening; face-covering masks are banned (limited face paint fine, medical/safety masks exempt). Exceptions: Medical, surgical, and other safety-related masks permitted

Allowed. Personal power banks/portable chargers aren't on the prohibited items list, and Chase Center also rents chargers on-site for $5/hour. Fee: $5.00/hour for on-site rental (bringing your own has no fee).

Conditional. Trained service animals are welcome (leashed/harnessed, on lap or under seat); non-service pets aren't indicated as permitted.

Not Allowed. Chase Center has a strict no re-entry policy once a ticket is scanned, unless the guest has an unused/unscanned ticket. Exceptions: Only an unused/unscanned ticket allows re-entry
