Ball Arena

Conditional. Only small clutches, wristlets, and fanny packs (4"x6"x1.5" or smaller) are allowed; purses and backpacks of any kind are not permitted. Bag storage lockers (Binbox) are available near the Grand Atrium main entrance starting at $12/bag. No mandatory clear-bag requirement. Max size: 4"x6"x1.5" (general bags); 14"x14"x6" (medical/diaper bags). Fee: Bag storage from $12 per bag (non-refundable). Exceptions: Medical and diaper bags up to 14"x14"x6"

Conditional. Empty (no liquid/ice) metal or plastic water bottles 32oz or less are permitted for Nuggets/Avalanche/Mammoth games; sealed/full bottles are prohibited, and concerts may set their own policy. Max quantity: 32oz or less, must be empty. Exceptions: Concerts/special events may set their own policy per artist/tour

Not Allowed. Outside food and beverage aren't allowed into Ball Arena.

Conditional. Medical bags up to 14"x14"x6" are permitted but subject to inspection at designated entrances. Max size: 14"x14"x6".

Not Allowed. Outside alcohol may not be brought in and cannot be removed from the arena; violators face ejection and a $250 citation. Max quantity: 2 drinks per purchase (concession alcohol only). Fee: $250 citation for violations.

Not Allowed. Any form of marijuana consumption is prohibited on Ball Arena property, despite Colorado's legal recreational status.

Not Allowed. Hard case containers, including coolers, are prohibited.

Conditional. Strollers are discouraged but allowed if they fold to fit under a seat; larger strollers must be checked at a Guest Relations Kiosk. Exceptions: Collapsible strollers that fit under a seat

Allowed. Guests may bring pumping/nursing supplies (formula, pumps, bottles, hot water); dedicated Nursing Suites are at Section 132 and Section 348.

Allowed. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, and other personal mobility devices are welcomed, with dispersed accessible seating and a complimentary escort service.

Not Allowed. Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, and ice skates are prohibited inside the arena.

Conditional. Personal point-and-shoot cameras (and iPads/GoPros for Avalanche/Nuggets/Mammoth games) are permitted; professional equipment, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited. Exceptions: iPads and GoPros for Avalanche/Nuggets/Mammoth games

Not Allowed. Drones and other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles are prohibited.

Conditional. Large or golf umbrellas, and any umbrella with a pointed end, are prohibited; smaller/compact umbrellas aren't explicitly addressed.

Conditional. Air horns/whistles/vuvuzelas are prohibited; flags are prohibited except official team flags from Altitude Authentics, and signs cannot exceed 11"x17". Max size: 11in x 17in (signs). Exceptions: Team-branded flags purchased from Altitude Authentics

Not Allowed. Weapons of any kind are prohibited, including knives, pepper spray/aerosols, stun guns, concealed weapons, firearms, and ammunition.

Not Allowed. Ball Arena is a non-smoking venue; smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with no indoor or outdoor smoking areas available.

Conditional. Masks/face paint concealing the entire face are prohibited (surgical/medical masks exempt), as is clothing/costumes concealing the entire head. Exceptions: Surgical/medical masks

Conditional. Service dogs assisting guests with disabilities are welcome (must be harnessed/leashed/tethered); all other animals are prohibited. Exceptions: Service dogs

Not Allowed. Ball Arena has a strict no re-entry policy; any guest who exits for any reason will not be permitted back in.
